About the umbrella

How it all started 

With over 20 years of experience in the cleaning business.  Wayne started The Service Umbrella in August of 2017.    After his leadership roles with Marriott International and Cleveland Clinic Hospital the journey began to build his own cleaning company.   Being bilingual and having lived outside the United States for a while Wayne developed the skills to develop a hard working and reliable team of individuals.   Wayne has won several awards in the service industry for his dedication to his customers and his employees.

     Wayne was born in Southern California.   He holds an MBA in Hospitality.
